Omilia is a new company we are in collaboration with that is based in Cyprus. They have developed an Artificial Intelligence System for customer support. It was founded by Dimitris Vassos (CEO and Architect), Pelias Ioannidis (Partner and CFO) and Giannis Nikolaidis (Partner and Chief Commercial Officer), by developing a virtual customer service assistant, that uses mechanic learning in order to offer an experience similar to the human experience.
